Organise Your VisitAppointments can be arranged by:
New patients will be asked to complete a registration form. To confirm private appointments, new patients are required to pay a non-refundable deposit.

Monday 8.45 – 13:00, 14.00 – 17.00 Tuesday 8.45 – 13:00, 14.00 – 17.00 Wednesday 8.45 – 13:00, 14.00 – 17.00 Thursday 8.45 – 13:00, 14.00 – 17.00 Friday 8.45 – 13:00, 14.00 – 17.00 Saturday’s we are open by appointment only.
Out-of-Hours Service
For urgent dental advice outside working hours, please call 01626 889268. Our automated phone message will direct you to the appropriate on-call service. This emergency service is available 24/7.
Missed Appointments
Missed appointments waste valuable time and resources. Our policy is as follows:
- Private Patients: Repeated short-notice cancellations (less than 48 hours) or failure to attend will incur a charge.
- Denplan Patients: If a Denplan appointment is missed, the pre-paid session will be forfeited. The next appointment will be scheduled based on your recall interval. If an earlier appointment is requested, a private examination or hygiene fee will apply.
- NHS Paediatric Patients: If more than one appointment is missed or cancelled with less than 48 hours’ notice, NHS treatment may no longer be offered. Private care may still be available, subject to a non-refundable deposit.
We always take mitigating circumstances into consideration.

- Debit and credit cards: Visa, Mastercard, Maestro (please note: American Express is not accepted)
- Cash (card payments are preferred for security)

Patients may request access to their records at any time (a small administrative fee may apply)
We operate a zero-tolerance policy for abuse or violence towards staff or other patients. Any such behaviour will result in withdrawal of treatment and may be reported to the relevant authorities.
